Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, the following policy applies.

Eligibility

• You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Return-shipping responsibility

• For change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or an incorrectly selected colour or style, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.
• If the item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective on arrival, Manchali will cover the reasonable return-shipping cost after the issue is verified by our support team.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
